Megan & Travis | Married

Weddings

impact 2

Love this sweet sweet sweet couple!

I’d never met Megan in person before the day she wed Travis—something that’s never happened before with our close-knit tribe of brides… so as Chris and I walked around the church scouting out the best light, my mind was split—I literally could not wait to meet her. My eyes stayed glued to the big double doors to the church.

The first time Megan and I chatted on the phone months before, I felt like we were soul sisters. I loved listening to her talk about her upcoming marriage—because that’s what she was planning for, she said. A marriage, her words. Not just a wedding.

I adored the way she spoke about her fiancé, Travis, and how she was SO EXCITED to marry him.

It was a special treat to hear all the details of, what she described as a “simple wedding.”

Simply wonderful.

Simply meaningful.

Simply and deeply beautiful.

Soft music played as she and her sister prepared for the day. The groom greeted guests with big smiles and warm hugs. They are both so loved.

Megan’s grandfather officiated the ceremony as Travis’ father sang a sweet blessing over their lives.

We want to echo that blessing, Megan & Travis. May the Lord continue to teach you both how to love well.
